Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Ahl Al Qema Air Conditioning provides HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and related services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Qatar. All services are performed by certified technicians in accordance with industry standards.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of materials and labor unless otherwise stated. Additional work not covered by the original quotation will require a new written approval from the client.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

AMC contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. The contract covers the specified services and equipment listed. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or force majeure events. Renewals are sent 30 days before expiry.

5. Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment supplied. Warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, lack of maintenance, or external damage.

6. Liability

Ahl Al Qema's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, indirect, or consequential damages. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for all operations in Qatar.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
